"Branches are the veins of the sky."

Whenever I stand under trees, I look up and see the branches dividing the sky into different parts, the branches extending into the sky, like the veins of life linking and continuing. The intertwining of these threads always reminds me of my art days in New York. It's a beautiful but painful memory. Standing under the tree and seeing the divided sky is similar, but looking up to record and think about these moments has become different. The intertwining of branches and lines is my inspiration for this collection.
